This is a full conference registration for the RDC Summit 2012 Conference in Orlando, FL at the Omni Orlando ChampionsGate Hotel. The Pre-Conference Workshops (additional fees apply) and Welcome Reception will take place on Wednesday, September 26, 2012 , and the Conference Sessions will take place Thursday, September 27, 2012 and Friday, September 28, 2012. Electronic handouts are included with the full conference registration.

The full conference registration does not include hotel room charges nor pre-conference workshops. The group hotel base rate for the event is $169/night plus tax. After September 10, 2012, this group base rate is subject to space and rate availability. You may register up to 3 attendees at one time. Additional attendee information will be collected on the registration form before purchase.

Once payment is approved, you will be sent two emails: (1) Registration Confirmation (2) a credit card receipt.  You may also download a Registration document which contains important information about the RDC Summit 2011.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and requests for refunds will be honored only if notification of cancellation is received in writing (via fax or email) by August 24, 2012. Cancellation requests by telephone are not sufficient and will not be accepted. Refunds will be processed for the amount paid minus a $200.00 processing fee if the request is received by August 24, 2012. NO REFUNDS will be granted after August 24, 2012. Substitutions can be made at any time if the registrant cannot attend. Please notify PDG of substitutions by telephone at 812-339-6374, fax 812-339-0138 or email info@prodev.com

If the event is cancelled or there is a change in hotel or date, registrants will be notified by mail/e-mail. Remote-DepositCapture.com will not be responsible for expenses involved with a cancelled conference. RemoteDepositCapture.com reserves the right to substitute speakers without notice.
